SPECIAL EVENT: SONY 4K HDR LASER PROJECTOR DEMONSTRATION

There's been a lot of press about 4K projectors recently, but not all projectors are the same. If you want to see true 4K HDR projection, without the wobble and magical pixel-shifting, then Sony is inviting you to a special Melbourne event.

Be the first to see Sony's VPL-VW760ES, a 'true' 4K HDR Laser Projector at the Maven Room; a purpose-built theatre in Burwood, Melbourne, Wednesday, November 29th at 7:00 pm.

And while many manufacturers claim 'true 4K' term in their marketing, this is the real deal.  There's no 'wobulation' or clever use of mirrors here - this is native 4K at 4096x2160 pixels resolution. Quality, of course, does come at a cost, and the VPL-VW760ES sells locally for $22,999 RRP.

The evening will be hosted by Australia's Sony home cinema projector distributor, Audio Active, along with experts from Sony on-hand to allow attendees to learn more about 4K HDR laser technology.

There will be exclusive special offers for those attending on the night, along with light refreshments.
