Home theatre enthusiasts have a choice of two new 9.2-Channel 4K Dolby Atmos-enabled AV Receivers from Onkyo this Christmas.

Onkyo's TX-RZ730 and TX-RZ830 are set to deliver flawless, wireless multi-room audio and effortless 4K HDR imagery, and both are SONOS certified. This certification allows either receiver to be seamlessly integrated into an existing Sonos wireless multiroom system.

With THX Certified Select, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, along with Chromecast, AirPlay, and DTS Play-Fi built-in, there's no shortage of connectivity options. Control comes by way of a smartphone or tablet, or with smart speakers with Google Home. Using FlareConnect, you can even stream other inputs including a Turntable to other supported speaker systems.

Or you can download the Onkyo Controller App to access Amazon Music while TIDAL, TuneIn, Deezer, and Spotify. The app will also allow you to access music stored on a local network.

The TX-RZ730 and TX-RZ830 are ready for the latest premium content with HDMI pass-through of HDR10, HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma), and Dolby Vision formats as well as 4K/60p, BT.2020, 4:4:4, 24-bit, and HDCP 2.2-protected video. Six rear HDMI inputs, Main Out, Zone 2 Out (Sub Out on the TX-RZ730), and a front HDMI input are included on both models.

Onkyo's two new receivers also benefit from AccuEQ, its advanced room acoustics calibration technology. As well as setting parameters such as speaker distance, levels, and crossover points, AccuEQ Advance uses multi-point measurement to eliminate standing waves from the listening space.

The TX-RZ730 ($1,999 RRP) is rated at 175 W per channel, while the TX-RZ830 ($2,999 RRP) is rated at 180w per channel, and both models are available now.
