Noisy Motel and Meridian Partnership

Meridian, founded in 1977 by Bob Stuart and Allen Boothroyd and now an award-winning audio-visual manufacturer have announced the appointment of Noisy Motel, effective immediately, as a distribution partner for its line of personal audio products including the award-winning Explorer USB DAC, the world’s first MQA-ready product.

Billy Mavrovouniotis told StereoNET:

We are very excited about this opportunity to represent Meridian’s outstanding personal audio products in the market. The announcement of MQA and the streaming partnership with Tidal has created tremendous excitement within the head-fi industry here in Australia and we are eagerly awaiting its debut.

John Bartkowiak, International Sales Executive at Meridian added:

We consistently strive to introduce new customers to the Meridian brand, and look forward to working with Billy and his team to capitalize on their expertise and experience to grow the brand in this key emerging market.

The range of Meridian personal audio products includes portable and home DACs starting at $499.95 RRP through to the Prime Headphone Amplifier priced at $2,899.95 RRP.
