Nessie Vinylmaster Cleans Your Records

Music enthusiasts are well aware that to be able to fully enjoy the audio quality of a vinyl record, it must be perfectly clean. In many cases, the grooves of older records are clogged with various kinds of deposits. These contaminants produce noise and compress dynamics.

Even freshly pressed vinyl records are contaminated with parting agents and pressing residues. You should always clean any record, new or old, thoroughly before playing it.

Manufactured in Germany, the Nessie Vinylmaster is a high-end record cleaning machine developed from experience gained during many thousands of record cleaning cycles. Records cleaned with Nessie Vinylmaster extend the service life of your cartridge and guarantee unspoilt vinyl sound!

With an integrated cleaning tank, there's enough capacity for 100 cleaning cycles thanks to the accurate cleaner dosage resulting in no wasted cleaning agent.

A solid aluminium record clamp with label protection fixes the record during the cleaning process, as twin nylon brushes enter the grooves and loosen the dirt that is then absorbed by the cleaning agent.

One Touch operating button controls all functions while sensors in the brush and extraction arms provide automatic control making operation very easy. Cleaning time is electronically controlled and ensures perfect cleaning.

During the low-noise extraction cycle the turntable speed is reduced and the power level adjusted accordingly.

Unlike many other vaccuum record cleaning machines, the Nessie Vinylmaster features a 'dynamic cleaning system' which allows the spinning action to change direction every two rotations. This realigns the brush hairs after each change allowing a much more effective cleaning action.

The Nessie Vinylmaster is available now for $3,300 RRP. It is currently being offered at $2950 for an introductory period.

The Nessie Vinylmaster is distributed in Australia by Pure Music Group.

    applause awards

Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.

Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.

The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.

We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
