Melbourne Home Entertainment Expo Rescheduled for 2021

Due to the uncertainty surrounding shows and events as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the planned 2020 StereoNET Melbourne Home Entertainment Expo has been postponed until 2021.

On track to be the largest show of its type ever held in Australia, it is with great sadness that we must make this decision, but as a country and an industry, the priority must be to #stopthespread.

Shows and expos of this nature require a significant commitment and support by its exhibitors, along with substantial logistics and international guests and visitors. As organisers, we felt that this strain on the Australian and New Zealand industries would be too much, even for a show scheduled late into this year.

As such, we have decided to postpone the show and are working with other international show organisers, along with local distributors and manufacturers to coordinate the best timing for all involved. All exhibitors and ticket holders who had shown their early support have been 100% refunded.

The StereoNET organised shows and expos have become vital resources to the Australia and New Zealand markets, and we look forward to continuing to evolve the Expo and deliver a world-class event in 2021.

The greatest show, that still is ...
