INTERDYN APPOINTED AS ARTNOVION DISTRIBUTOR
The brand will join Interdyn's growing stable of high-calibre brands which includes SVS, Pro-Ject, Rotel, Devialet, IsoTek, PMC, and Ortofon.
The announcement has been a well-kept secret, but it does reinforce the notion that Melbourne is rapidly becoming Hi-Fi Headquarters Central for an increasing number of brands.
Interdyn co-directors, Sam Encel and Evgeny Vizelman are excited about the new acquisition. This is the first time the company has ventured into acoustic solutions, but this shouldn’t prove much of a barrier.
Evgeny Vizelman told StereoNET:
We want to be a one-stop-shop distributor, able to support our network of retailers with a range of products to suit all customer needs. The addition of Artnovion to our offering brings us a step closer to that goal.
We consider Artnovion to have a superior product offering to competing acoustic treatment brands and could not be happier about welcoming them to the Interdyn family.
Jorges Castro, Artnovian CEO added:
We’ve been following the work of Interdyn - It’s exciting to see them joining our Artnovion family and continue expanding the horizons of Artnovion in Australia and New Zealand.
Artnovion offers an extensive range of acoustic solutions broken up into three categories: absorption, diffusion and basstraps. This trio follows the industry’s recommended practices for interior acoustic devices, according to CEDIA CEB22 specifications.
Artnovion acoustic panels are crafted individually by hand with the highest quality materials, creating unique and distinctive designs, available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and finishes. The striking, unique visual elements add character to compliment any interior decor.
The standout feature of Artnovion panels is their novel fixing method. The panels have removable fibreboard backings with recesses that are designed to hang from screws in a room’s walls.
Mounting and removing each panel is almost as easy and simple as mounting a painting or a framed photograph to a wall.
Interdyn says it will be working closely with Cogworks to ensure a seamless transition, while Cogworks will continue to specify Artnovion products in its cinema designs.
Interdyn will receive stock of Artnovion's acoustic panels from next week.
