Hi-Fi Show: Headphones Galore with Beyerdynamic

Attendees at this year's StereoNET Melbourne Hi-Fi Show will be able to get their head around the latest and greatest Beyerdynamic over-ear and in-ear headphones.
Always a popular exhibition at each year's show, this year Beyerdynamic can be found at Booth C4, where a wide range of their peerless 'phones will be available to audition.
Raising excitement levels will be a few brand new recruits like the award-winning active noise-cancelling Lagoon ANC headphones, and the special edition Amiron Wireless Copper and Blue Byrd headphones.
The Blue Byrd in-ear 'phones feature nifty MOSAYC sound-personalisation which tests an individual's hearing and adjusts the sound accordingly. With Bluetooth aptX, up to six hours of battery life and a surprisingly robust build, the Blue Byrd is genuinely a little marvel.
The Lagoon ANC (reviewed here), on the other hand, ups the ante for those who want clamshells with their noise cancelling. This fully-featured beaut also boasts the very handy MOSAYC sound-personalisation and a raft of other benefits, including an incredible 45 hours of battery power!
Then there's the Amiron Copper, a wireless headphone designed with a handcrafted look and featuring a decorative ring of solid copper that's located on the same axis as its internal copper voice coil. This handsome beast benefits from all the latest tech Beyerdynamics could throw at it, and it sounds suitably superb.
The StereoNET Melbourne Hi-Fi Show runs from October 18-20 at the Pullman Mercure Hotel, Queens Road, Albert Park. Tickets on sale now.
