EXCLUSIVE: ADDICTED TO AUDIO SPANS OCEANS
Addicted To Audio, the fastest growing specialist retailer in Australia has announced today that in addition to its Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide outlets, it is now opening a new store in Auckland, New Zealand.
After decades in the IT industry and extensive experience in hardware and software distribution, Addicted to Audio's proprietor George Poutakidis had always enjoyed portable audio and in particular, desktop audio and headphones.
Starting the first Addicted To Audio store in Melbourne only a few short years ago, he undisputedly became Melbourne's leading Head-Fi specialist. The business has continued to evolve and now caters for traditional hi-fi as well, and across most capital cities within Australia.
George Poutakidis told StereoNET:
With considerable growth within our business, we want to provide Auckland enthusiasts and consumers with the same experience that customers have enjoyed in our Australian Addicted To Audio stores.
We have found that there are no stores currently offering the level of service and experience to customers in New Zealand. We believe in understanding our customers and their needs, along with the next generation of Hi-Fi customers.
As we have many customers in New Zealand already, Addicted To Audio will be better placed to serve them starting with a physical retail outlet in Auckland.

A special grand opening and launch will be taking place, and StereoNET will be present to cover the evening. We're told there will also be great savings and specials to be had so stay tuned.
In the meantime, Addicted To Audio NZ is hiring! If you think you have what it takes to fill the positions of sales staff or store manager, then Addicted To Audio wants to hear from you. Email your resume to [email protected]
