Tubularbells

Anyone else into BBQ?

Recommended Posts

Well time got the better of me on Saturday but reverse seared some grass fed porterhouse in the Kamado... Magnificent. Was rubbed in nothing more than chilli infused olive oil and pink salt

@Kaynin @Tubularbells I now prefer to moderate sauces and rubs. I want to taste what I've cooked, rather what is poured over it, especially really hot sauces.

Yeah definitely, the meat should always the star of the show however I personally cannot dispute the pure awesomeness of a nicely spiced crust surrounding the main event.

Smoked salt is the bomb. Easy to do your own too.
