Nice T+A amp. Unfortunately, the brand is pretty much absent from Australia. I always liked their R series.

Yeah, I've been impressed when I removed from System original preamp of T+A (model P 1200 R) and used AMR DP-777 as preamp.

Sound of System became much more transparent.

I also tweaked this power amp by AMR fuses, result was great.

Self-made gallows for Headphones with my Cans' Zoopark.

From lef to right:

Shure SRH-840 - cans of entry level, by the way, it sounds very interesting on almost all kinds of .... heavy music (all kinds of metal and heavy).

Audeze LCD-X - pre-top cans of Audeze, I am recabling it now - separate thread in Headphones section will be done. Original cable is real **** which doesn't permit to show even 50% of abilities of this cans. LCD-X is also one of the best cans for heavy music.

Sennheiser Momentum (1st version) - I use it at sea and as portative cans on long distance during travels.

HiFiMan HE1000 - flagman cans of Hong Kong brand, you may find my small review here

Sennheiser PX-100 - only for portative in City, also I use for looking of american TV serials.

Headphone Amp.

Well, it is very interesting device actually.

Form-factor: smaller than midi (90mm(H) Ñ… 228mm(W) Ñ… 380mm(D), weight is 4 kgs about.

Output power: 5 Watt on channel in Class A (!) on nominal 16 Ohm.

2 capacitors of british AeroVox are located in PCB, each one - 10 000 mkF.

Amp was made in 1 copy, so I have full exclusive.

Name of Amp: hybrid Hi-Power/Hi-Dynamic.

Manufacturer: Peeves (Ukraine, Lugansk City).

Head Amp of such level costs about 3 5000 USD (just apply any famous brand logo on face panel).

Good to see another owner of an Abbas Audio part. I regularly buy his diy stuff for cd transports. Inexpensive and big sound (probably because he mostly uses Military NOS parts from Ukraine and Russia).

Digital Processor AMR DP-777 (it's not just DAC) - I use it as Pre-Amp as well. It has valve output stage, more tranpsarent than T+A preamp which I used before. It's first version, AMR released "SE" a months ago.

I guess it's mostly Soviet valves.  :)

AudioLot ALF-2500R - power conditioner from Ukrainian brand AudioLot (Vinnitsa City). This brand is manufacturing valve amps as well.
