Mate I hope you have a very strong neck after all those years of head banging, those JBLs are going to blow your head right off.

God bless those four legged beasts, without them violins and cellos would be just another plucked instrument.

You have the patience of a monk Daz. I couldn't let those sit and not hear them for so long.

How is it going in a quiet house?

No I haven’t, you can choose.

Very hard Amigo. Carriage by Counting Crows springs to mind, bit of everything in there, brass, percussion, acoustic guitar, not too heavy, not too light. Or maybe Retrograde by James Blake, complex, full and needing a system with speed, bite and the ability to untangle a lot of sounds. Then again, you might think they both suck!

OK thank you, will see if I have them in my collection and if not, will source them/download etc. First songs off the rank through the new Stratos dac and JBL 4367's!! Will check out @Bunno77 's tracks as well. Lazarus by Terry Callier might be pretty cool as well

Then I might follow up with my very first CD, Icehouse, Man Of Colours. Just cos. :)

Of course there were a million tapes etc before that, now all replaced by CD or download or just a memory.

I'll have to take a pic of the back of the grills, would be hard to imagine they don't affect the sound, they are very robust. Then again they would be very protective. ;)
