2x resistor?

Edit: Sansui used these resistors in the early SS amps also, like the AU-777. At the very least in that amp also.

I have an AU-101 and a AU-317....Neither are actually connected right now :sorry: . But plans are being formulated while the moneys are being saved :)

Both bought from very nice SNA members too. No pics right now, I'll try and add some soon.

Random pic - QRX-777.....

Sansui QRX 777 Quadrophonic Receiver

1975
Rare european QRX-7001 version with black aplications on the front panel. This QRX is a complete allsource 4-channel receiver of extremely high performance standards. All decoders are on board. The giant power supply and the dimension wide of 540mm results in a weight of nearly 25kg.
35 watt per channel x4
60 watt per channel x2

@@skippy124 probably has all Australian stock on his Bunnings shelving

I reckon. Lucky Skippy's local Bunnings didn't request a stock transfer from my local Bunnings :P

I managed to get one rack last weekend. Worth every cent. My wife even said that looks so much better, more organised, easier access. She then said what will you do with the remaining empty shelving   mmmmmm we'll they'll need to be filled then sweetheart

I showed her @skippys - pete multi shelving setups and she said NO WAY :( one is enough

In keeping with the OP, this is one of my favorites. This was my first Sansui (well actually my first one was a AU-4400 when I was sixteen....)

Sansui 5500 receiver - manufactured May 1973 - 3 tape loops, 4CH & NR loops, connections for 4 sets of speakers. Rated at 60w per channel, tested at 72. Power transformer the size of a canned ham. A fairly rare unit.
