It's ok. Kinda got me - but was way too long and self indulgent. Quirky.

There is a thread on the site already about this superb film.

Loved it.  :love

It helps I suppose if you are a Wes Anderson fan.

Fantastic film, some really good performances from some real troupers.

Thoroughly enjoyable but if it's not so for you then your probably in the wrong section of the cinema or on the wrong TV channel...if you follow me.

Each to their own with music and films and most things in life eh.

Me? I could watch this till the cows come in. I think Ralph Fiennes is just such a good, good actor who buries himself in his roles, equally as good and intense as that chappie from My Left Foot.

More please.

Just watched it - wonderful film which reminded me of the 2004 Lemony Snickets A series of unfortunate events.

Outstanding performance from Ralph.

Hmm..should i deter from this?

Oh no - definitely worth a look - I enjoyed it but found it a little laborious on occasion. Nice story and glad I saw it, however.

Bloody good film but then, if you don't get Wes Anderson, you'll probably hate it.

I also watched this on the weekend

I've recently started to appreciate the genius that is Wes Anderson. Every one of his movies is so unique, and yet obviously his. The performances he gets out of the actors is great, i especially love all the roles Bill Murray takes on, you get to see some true talent

Budapest was great, ill put it up there with The Life Aquatic. Dafoe was great again as was Adrian Brody, a very different role than ive ever seen him take on. Just the perfect mix of profanity

I also didnt mind Moonrise Kingdom. So far my least favourite has been Rushmore, i prefer Fantastic Mr Fox to that

Yeah Bill Murray is mostly good

The Segment as the coffee addicted waiter in Coffee and Cigarettes is a favourite of mine, especially when paired with the rappers GZA and RZA (Wu Tang)
