Refer to my previous post on the previous page for a great Murray Periah Mozart recording. I don't know enough about classical to answer your question, but it think you would enjoy Ray Chen, Mozart: Violin Concertos & Sonata. OK its is mostly about the violin, but Christoph Eschenbach plays memorable piano on tracks 7 & 8: 7. Sonata for Piano and Violin No. 22 in A Major, K. 305: Allegro di molto5:10 8. Sonata for Piano and Violin No. 22 in A Major, K. 305: Tema: Andante grazioso, Variations I-V, Variation VI: Allegro. Eschenbach can be a bit uneven, but this record (CD) is a really refreshing take on Mozart & Ray Chen (violin) really shines. https://www.discogs.com/Ray-Chen-Mozart-Violin-Concertos-Sonata/release/11437910
jazzdog@groovemasters
Daniel Barenboim, The English Chamber Orchestra - Mozart –Piano Concerto No. 14 In E-Flat, K. 449; Piano Concerto No. 15 In B-Flat, K. 450. EMI/His Master's Voice – ASDM 2434, NZ 1968. @LHC I don't find this 1968 recording too dated at all, but I don't have Barenboim's later recordings of Mozart for comparison.

LHC
Speaking of Daniel Barenboim, he has just very recently started a Youtube channel with videos sharing his insights into listening and appreciating music. Here is one of him talking about Mozart.

mickj1
Got this on special at Thomas's in Melbourne a while ago - sad to hear they're closing down. A nice addition to my collection of Haydn Cello concertos, but with the added bonus of the CPE Bach Cello Concerto in A major - a piece I hadn't heard before. cheers mick
