Ortofon Candenza Black (currently at Soundsmith having a retip.

Phase Tech P-3 Alexandrite with Soundsmith retip.

Audio Technica AT33PTG/II

The Ortofon will replace the AT once i get it back and the AT will be the official spare.

Wow, where have the years gone? I'd forgotten I'd posted here.

My list is almost the same still except the Ortofon has been replaced by a Phasemation PP-1000, now with Soundsmith retip.

The P-3 Alexandrite with retip is still going strong ( the Soundsmith optimised contour stylus has an excellent longevity) and the Audio Technica AT33PTG/II is still my back up cartridge pulled out for a few months every 3 years or so it seems.

But, Tase ... why bother to own - and listen to - all the others when you have a Kandid and a DV XV1s?

C'mon Andy....

Variety is the spice of life mate...:P

Tase

Nah, mate - life's too short to listen to music with anything but the best-sounding carts you can afford.  With your Kandid and the DV, you have 2 different, excellent-sounding (and expensive!) carts.  Likewise, I appreciate the different presentations of my Benz LP and my Stanton WOS CS100.  But I have no interest in adding lesser-sounding carts to my stash!
