Accuphase L and V meaning?

Was hoping to find out what the v and L after certain models in the accuphase range mean.

‘For example p300v or p500L.

If someone could explain, would be much appreciated.

What do these letters at the end of some models mean?

This is what I was told by my technician friend.

Letters denote generation

The original 300 and the S used T03s

Same output, but slightly different topography

The later ones used either TO-247 and capacitor coupling

The original 300 is pretty interesting since all the coupling is done with solid state

Later ones are electrolytics

Still not very clear to me though
