Begun
I am considering getting an Edifier S3000pro powered bookshelf speakers. Whilst they support Bluetooth 5.0 with AptX, I would like to be able to stream music to them via WIFI. What options are there to convert these into WIFI speakers? Originally I was thinking perhaps something like a Chromecast Audio, but they don't exist anymore. The list of available inputs on the Edifier S3000pro can be seen in the attached specs. FNQ Outcast
Perhaps have a look at Yamaha WXAD 10... relatively inexpensive & quite flexible in how it can be used... I use one to connect wifi sources to my tube amp... Pretty happy with the results & the cost Cheers

Begun
I decided to go with an Amazon Echo Dot third generation. It has a lineout in a reasonably small form factor.
