Have been using it with external DAC, playing files from USB hard drive as well as streaming music from Tidal. This unit had great online reviews at the time, just google for those if you are not familiar with it. Was very happy with it. Upgraded only because I was upgrading my whole system for the sake of upgrade (happens to me once in a decade) I don’t have the original packaging, but it will be packed very securely for shipping.
