Suburb or Town: Ipswich State: QLD Payment Method: Money Reason for selling: NLR The original vinyl wrapped chipboard cabinets were a complete write off so at a significant expense new cabinets were built. I'm a novice at cabinet making so a lot of the work was out sourced. Building cabinets isn't actually that cheap especially if you want them veneered and lacquered. Nonetheless here we have an essentially mint pair of JBL 4410A Monitors for sale. These were pulled from the Brisbane Convention Centre a few years ago. The cabinets are 25mm MDF with a nice Beech veneer. They are a structurally far superior to the originals and obviously look a million times better. My price may be a little on the high end but you are getting a nicer looking speaker and likely a better sounding one due to the superior cabinets. Everything internally is stock and all original parts were transplanted to the new cabs. I replaced the foam plug under the tweeter diaphragm. One tweeter has a few dimples that are barely noticeable. There is also one scratch on the back of new cabinets, can't believe I scratched them when reassembling and am quite upset.
