This did good service, but with the new TV, the wife wanted the room to be a bit lighter, so we got a 2100mm white unit to offset the new 77 inch TV on the wall. This has had a few mods: Some extra holes for cables at the back. Strengthened the back panelling with some extra nails to the wooden structure. Added 4cm in height (black wood strip) plus an MDF floor (to lessen damage to carpet). The reason for the height increase was to allow me to put a pair of 2U amplifiers under the unit at the rear (out of sight - happy wife). Both the black strip and the MDF 'floor' can be removed easily, if required. I left it a bit dusty so you can see the difference. Easily cleaned. Offers welcome.
