Ratbob
Hi, I've purchased a KEF Muo from Amazon (can't get them locally) Thought it sounded dull and noticed that when I hold it in front of me, mid/high frequencies only come out of the right hand side. According to KEF, from a visual check and see pic, the speaker has 2x 50 mm UniQ drivers that pack both mid and treble driver sections in the same unit. So why don't I get sound out of the left UniQ driver. I reported this to Amazon and they immediately dispatched a replacement (great service) but it performs the same. Can anyone please let me know if I should be getting sound from both UniQ drivers. Thanks in advance, Cheers John ANSWER IS , Only one driver (right side) acts as a true UniQ, the left does not play high frequencies. Thanks for looking.
