Item Condition: very good

Reason for selling: no longer required.

Further information: included are a pair of Cyrus aPA7.5 mono blocks, Cyrus PRE vs2 pre-amp, Cyrus PRE X pre-amp, Cyrus CD8 cd player, Cyrus PSX-R power supply. Given the number of boxes involved, a local sale would be preferred as would be an all inclusive sale. Splitting of items may be a possibility depending on what interest there might be. This gear has not been in use for a while but seems to be working fine. I suspect that there is plenty of life left in it but I believe my pricing reflects that some degree of servicing might be necessary at some stage in the future.

      Hi,
      My daughter"s boyfriend has got the hi fi bug bad. She got him an old Rega P2 clone which I did a basic service on for Christmas.He then bought a mint set of Mission 752 speakers. The weak link now is the amplifier.. He is currently using one of my old AV amps with a Rega phono.Looking for something with that warm British sound. Would be nice to have an integrated phono  but not a deal breaker as a separate phono is probably the next logical upgrade.
      Would prefer within an hours drive of Metro Perth . He likes my Cyrus amps but Creek or Rega would also be great.

      Zero Feedback technology offers some very attractive sonic benefits. Two key benefits of this technology are:
      1. The design allows the key stages in our amplifier to work independently without the hindrance of global feedback. In a traditional amplifier the corrective actions necessary in the output stage to drive a loudspeaker are fed through the entire amplifier, disturbing unnecessarily the input and voltage amplifier stages. To put this another way, it allows the first stage of the amplifier to operate without the unwelcome influence of the latter, separate voltage and current stages.
