From Reed Website:

Reed Muse 1C Turntable:

Shaped with traditional 70s design elements in mind, Reed Muse 1C features robust, stable and resonance-free wooden body.

However a lot of Muse 1C technologies, including main bearing and drive traction control, are inherited from our flagship Muse 3C.

Muse 1C can play 33RPM, 45 RPM, 16RPM, 78RPM recods. For your convenience, 78 RPM speed can be manually adjusted in range of 70-85 RPM.

Muse 1C can be fitted with one center or off-center mount tonearm with effective length ranging from 9.5 to 12 inch.

The Reed 2G is a tonearm model which merges the best features of the Reed 2A and Reed 3Q tonearms and adds a few new ones.

The Reed 2G is very easily adjusted and can be mounted to virtually any turntable with or without an adapter.

The Reed 2G features 0.2 mm precision VTA adjustment and the tonearm’s height can be adjusted from 28 mm to 48 mm.

The tonearm has a cardanic bearing system: vertical axis has thrust rotation bearings and horizontal axis is based on thrust pivot bearings (close to the Reed 3P).

Such bearing construction eliminates bearing wobbling, which has a great impact on the quality of the sound.

All Reed 2G tonearms have a unique azimuth adjustment system, which allows implementing a tonearm with replaceable armwands.

The replaceable armwands feature allows you to change tonearm effective length and effective mass with no hassle.

For connecting the armwand and tonearm body a high quality LEMO connector is used.

The Reed 2G has replaceable headshells.

The tonearm’s antiskating is magnetic and is similar to one used in the Reed 3P tonearm

Item Condition: Very Good Shipping Options: Pickup available and you can audition.,Shipping is available at agreed cost. Suburb or Town: Crafers State: SA Payment Method: EFT, Cash on Pickup Reason for selling: Too may speakers Further information:
Have really enjoyed these US made speakers over the years but alas my partner says I have too many speakers and these have to go.
They have a pretty interesting Bi-polar design with both front and rear firing drivers that really produces a big sound.
Their characteristics are warm and relaxed but they can get up and boogie and are perfect as the main speakers in a home theatre system.
I found this review online which sums them up pretty well I think:
      http://www.hifi-review.com/153459-mirage-m-790.html

Bases are pre-drilled for spikes but I never used this option.
Overall they are in really good knick accept that the speaker grill cloth on the rear of the speaker has faded somewhat from light coming in from windows behind them (I never even noticed this until I moved them out to get them ready to sell).
Happy to demo them to anyone who's keen.

Item Condition: Used, like new Shipping Options: Pickup available and you can audition.,Shipping is available at agreed cost. Suburb or Town: Marrickville, Sydney State: NSW Payment Method: Cash on pickup, Paypal/Transfer for shipping Reason for selling: Upgraded Used this DAC/amp for a little over two years and I would still be using it however recently needed another DAC with an optical input.  It's in great condition with not a mark on the body or remote.  The remote has been unused 90% of its life.  Have since lost the box moving house and likely the receipt too, may be able to dig it up and will update the listing if I find it.  Originally retailed ~$900, hard to find a better dac/amp at this price.

Can audition with headphones however it is not hooked up to my speakers at the moment

Comes with power and USB cables

Several SNA forum members have kindly informed me that this is one of the early "flush strobe" 401's, with a stronger die-cast chassis (as opposed to the later, pressed ones).
Thanks to all of the guys that have unconditionally offered me some great advice, gained through a shared passion and many years of experience.
