emesbee
The Beatles - Strawberry Fields Forever Probably a bit unfair picking The Beatles, you could just about pick any of their songs they are so familiar.

BLAH BLAH
many many moons ago...late Summer nights...windows wound down...we use to drive home from melbourne cbd eating take away and drinking coldies and we would have a competition who could get the most songs guessed first played on the commercial AM Radio...many, many were guessed just from that opening note...what a skill honed over many hours and now gone to waste... hired goon
What about an album with one note: Le Fil is the second album by French singer–songwriter Camille. The title translates as "The Thread". The album features a low-level drone (a B tone) in the background of every song, which Camille has described as "[her] note". I've got that CD somewhere ... that one note does get annoying after a while --Geoff
