FS: Chord Sarum T Speaker Cable (2 Meter Pair) - Price Drop

Recommended Posts

Item Condition: Mint (Looks As New)
Shipping Options: Shipping is available at agreed cost.
Suburb or Town: North Sydney
State: New South Wales
Payment Method: EFT, Cash on Pick Up
Reason for selling: Need longer cables as my new speakers are set wider apart.

Further information:

The Chord Sarum T is a significantly upgraded version of the original Chord Sarum.

Sarum T builds on the success of its award-winning predecessor and introduces breakthrough proprietary insulation material, Taylon®, bringing a major performance upgrade. Sarum T brings the remarkable benefits of our proprietary dielectric at a new, more accessible price level. Previous generations of Sarum Super ARAY cables have featured a PTFE dielectric. The upgrade to Taylon® introduces a raft of performance benefits.

I purchased these brand new in earlier in March this year from a local retailer.

In my experience these are extremely fast and precise cables. I found them to be better than other speaker cables costing 3x more in my previous set up.

I prefer local pick up....so preference will be given to Sydney buyers.

Sorry. Off topic, but what are the 2 champagne coloured units on the bottom 2 shelves below the screen?

They are Technics SL-Z1000 Transport and Technics  SH-X1000 DAC.

These were the only pair Technics imported into Australia.

Thanks.

They look amazing!

They sound amazing too. I like their MASH based digital front end a lot and own few of their top CD transport/players.

Item Condition: used but mint Shipping Options: Shipping is included in price. Suburb or Town: Harrison State: ACT Payment Method: paypal, cash, bank deposit Reason for selling: not required Further information:  Aftermarket cable with HD800 connectors, 6.5mm input.  Short and light.  1.5 metres.  Came with a HD800s that I recently bought but I have my own cable so this is not required.  It's a great build with nice material, soft, light and much much shorter than the standard 3m cables from Sennheiser.  Could be an absolute bargain pickup as I don't have the info on the cable.  Donation will be made to StereoNet if sold here.

I have always wanted to try this cable.

It didn’t work for me because I wanted it for my turntable to phono-stage and its noise rejection in my environment was not adequate.

Fitted with Kimber Ultraplate™ RCA type connector.

I purchased some secondhand Contour speakers a few years ago and the bases were a bit knocked around, so I purchased new ones from Denmark.

This is one of the old bases, I discarded the other one but I kept the base inserts with the spikes.

If you have some Contour S3.4’s with bases that need refurbishing you could swap them out one at a time and not lose the use of your audio.

Alternatively, if you wanted to make bases or outriggers for any brand of speaker, these inserts and spikes would be an ideal and cheap way to start.

If the wooden base isn’t needed and you want to just the inserts and spikes, I would be happy to remove them and ship just the eight inserts and spikes.

The inserts and spikes look to be the same as fitted on the Dynaudio Confidence speakers that I have now.
