gat474
I had a pair of these as part of some Legend Big Reds a few years ago. Used them fully active with a Deqx and also passive. Excellent speakers and like Tim says punch way above their weight.
Festooned
That seems like a great deal. Wherever I see these kind of midbass drivers they sound fantastic. Usher made a copy that, against all odds, sounded just as good - but I don't think you'd get anything of theirs with this kind of driver for this price either. muzzagruzz
These Kurre’s would be an awesome monitor. No brainer at the asking price and with those drivers. Very special.
punkterfuge
I still have a pair of the original Kurre’s that I can’t let go off. Very fast and excellent imaging, Plus Tim is very trustworthy and fair - I’ve bought speakers off him before.
Jay Walker
I think my 45w Marantz pm6005 would not drive these. Anyone beg to differ?
