I reckon an overlooked part of providing service is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I'd been looking for some headphones to use for making phone calls (as detailed here). I saw something on the Audio Trends website that looked just right and I emailed them with some queries. Their response was immediate and helpful, so I bought the headphones. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were not exactly what I was after. I contacted Nathaniel at Audio Trends and he was more than happy to help, offering either for me to keep the 'phones at a discount or return them for a full refund.
