Hi, tried searching what De-Emp on RCA is, do you know? Thanks Phil.

It's a high frequency roll off algorithm analogue filter option in the DAC chipset. If I am not mistaken for the first version of the AN DACs such as this one it's a Burr Brown PCM-63.

Hi all,

I would like to thank everyone for their interest in this unit I was a little overwhelmed by the number of responses and have not been able to reply individually..

The DAC has gone to a new home locally.

Kind Regards,

Ken
