Would love to see DM live. If only they would come to Oz.

I think it is my favorite. Probably because l hammered all the other ones to death, waiting for this album to come out. Something fresh. LOL.

They were sensational.

2Brix
Sola Rosa (Andrew Spraggon) - Entrance to Skyways More goodness from across the duch (ditch) I think this 5 track EP might have been the first release from Sola Rosa. I like this a lot, laid back "chill hop" electronica vibe. Tracks 1 - 3 and 5 really remind me of Zero 7's Simple Things album which was around the same 2000/2001 vintage. Track 4 has a bit of a Radiohead influence perhaps? I have at least 5 of SR's other albums so i might binge listen tonight.

2Brix
Sola Rosa - Solarized - (C)(P) 2001 Perhaps the first full album. Drum machine effects on Track 3 kinda reminds me of Muki or maybe Nightmares on Wax ? Track 6 some really nice elctronica bass and beats Edited April 25, 2020 by 2Brix

2Brix
Ok 3 albums into a Sola Rosa binge --- Haunted Out Takes For some reason i had considered this my least favourite and had not played this for a few years. But hearing it afresh i was mistaken....i'm really enjoying it. Not that there was anything wrong with the SQ on the aforementioned albums but this steps it up several notches. e.g. the voices at start of Track #1 appear from well outside the physical locations of my speakers and the solidity of the bass and soundstage depth of this track is great, the walls have just melted away. (I am typing this sober)
