Harry’s Reasons - V. Spy V. Spy  1987 Gatefold

Spoils from today’s crate digging. Pleased to round out my Spy’s collection with this classic. Great sonics, and appears I was lucky and scored a NM copy.

The Modern Lovers debut album.....2016 MOV reissue. Roadrunner.....sweet! Sublime New Wave music years before it 'officially' arrived.?

Released originally in 1976 but actually recorded in 1972. Brilliant stuff!

First listen to this album, pretty good energy. Picked this up in a 5 cd set, might be the pick of the litter.

The Lucksmiths - Where Were We? -- got this odds-n-sods compilation CD yesterday for $1. Aussie acoustic jangle pop, with wry lyrics typically featuring an awkward protagonist, kinda like a Nick Earls novel set to music. Typical: "I had nothing to do, and you had nothing to do with me". Genius.

These two albums are worth checking out; Long misty days  https://www.discogs.com/Robin-Trower-Long-Misty-Days/master/72360  (hard rock) & Bridge Of Sighs https://www.discogs.com/Robin-Trower-Bridge-Of-Sighs/master/68974 (Prog).
