cazzesman
New CD from Within Temptation. Monster sounds, overblown anthems and great vocals. Huge as always. The Hydra CD was big and this is right up there. A must for those into Euro Prog. Regards Cazzesman

BuzzzFuzzz
Riding the ol' Funk Train this arvo... and a little Disco... Hot Chocolate 'Emma' 1974 Rak Records. EMI Records, Aust. An interesting album and sound. 'Emma' is a damn fine track, and sounded sweet with a bit of oomph. T-Connection 'Magic' 1977 A.T.K. Records. RCA Records, Aust. A pretty nice selection from this outfit who obviously love jamming, the boys are into it. Donna Summer 'Four Seasons of Love' 1976 Casablanca Records. Astor Records. A great sounding record. Prince 'Batman' 1989 Warner Bros Records. Another fine sounding record.

I remember years ago at Christmas, my ex-wifes sister gave me an LP of Hot Chocolate's Greatest Hits.....well, that was truly a test for my 'feign joy through disappointment' skills I can tell you. But I respect your choice.... I do indeed get the urge for a bit of funk now and again and have a War LP which is quite cool and a few other examples. I even have that copy of Hot Chocolate's Greatest Hits (in Mint condition....never played!). I also have that Batman LP.....yes, a very fine sounding album.

Yeah man, don't mind some Hot Choc. The opening track 'Cicero Park' doesn't do much for me, but I quite like it after that, especially turned up a little. 'Emma' just makes me smile when I hear it. On tha flipside, side two was pretty cool, held my attention the whole way. The T-Connection album is pretty cool, I wouldn't be surprised if Jamiroquai were familiar with this band. Na Na Na Na, Na Na Na Na, Batman!!!!

ThirdDrawerDown
Another in the "no one buys CDs any more" great dollar bargain extravaganza that is 2019. Softly entrancing ambient sounds and downtempo beat remixes. Tasty.

hired goon
RemixSample - Moog Mother 32 Songs -- a collection of tracks made with a Moog Mother 32 synth. Sounds very Vangelis / Blade Runner to me (hinted at by the track called "Not Blade Runner"). "Name Yer Price" lossless download from Bandcamp. --Geoff
BuzzzFuzzz
The Beatles 'Rock 'N' Roll Music' 1976 Parlophone Records. EMI, Aust. Not a big listener to The Beatles, and not sure how their albums should sound. Some pretty raw ones here, maybe originals, not really sure. It's in great condition, so that's cool.
