I have added more photos to show a 15A.

Cheers

What you have shown IS a 20A IEC connector (C19), not 15A.

Standard use 10A 250V / 15A 125V IEC connectors look like this:

Mate, stop speaking crap in other people for sale posts.. It is not cool and White Anting is against the rules.

We are in Australia, not in the USA

C19 plugs are rated at 16A in Australia

The "Standard" plug that you pictured is a C15 and is not Standard, it is actually a high temperature plug and must be connected by high temperature cable

The lead for sale here is only capable for supplying 10A as it has a 10A plug at the other end.

This is quite common in Australia because manufacturers use C20 sockets in their equipment on switchable power supplies where @ 110v the equipment will draw up to 15A but under 240v they will only draw ~8A

Not sure exactly what you mean by high temperature cable?  That IEC plug is a reasonably 'common' Oyaide C-004 IEC connector designed specifically by Oyaide, Japan for audio use?

I had no intention of "white anting" the post, I simply wanted to clarify what I thought the IEC was C19 was commonly referred to as a 20A IEC plug.  My mistake regarding the specific current rating and I did not notice the 10A AC connector on the other end which as you correctly point out means the cable can only be plugged into a 10A AC outlet.

Discussing the ins and out of electrical safety and regulations is probably not kosher on a for sale post..

I have always wanted to try this cable.

It didn’t work for me because I wanted it for my turntable to phono-stage and its noise rejection in my environment was not adequate.

Fitted with Kimber Ultraplate™ RCA type connector.

I purchased some secondhand Contour speakers a few years ago and the bases were a bit knocked around, so I purchased new ones from Denmark.

This is one of the old bases, I discarded the other one but I kept the base inserts with the spikes.

If you have some Contour S3.4’s with bases that need refurbishing you could swap them out one at a time and not lose the use of your audio.

Alternatively, if you wanted to make bases or outriggers for any brand of speaker, these inserts and spikes would be an ideal and cheap way to start.

If the wooden base isn’t needed and you want to just the inserts and spikes, I would be happy to remove them and ship just the eight inserts and spikes.

The inserts and spikes look to be the same as fitted on the Dynaudio Confidence speakers that I have now.

Item Condition: 8/10 - Connectors show obvious age, rest is mint. Shipping Options: Pickup available but audition is not available.,Shipping is included in price. Suburb or Town: Vaucluse, 2030 State: NSW Payment Method: Paypal Friends & Family, Cash Reason for selling: Too many cables Further information:
This is a 1.5M Accuphase RCA interconnect cable. Honestly accuphase are the best sounding cables I have heard.
Crazy detail, sparling top end, deep and tight bass.

These cables are from the Kensonic/Accuphase era and aren't easy to find these days.
Market value for the 1.5M version floats around $180 AUD. After shipping costs during COVID, taxes and the free Aus-wide delivery I'm offering, this is priced a lot less than what I paid.
Connectors show some signs of age but a NOS pair of these in the 1M version is currently available for $410.
