wikeeboy
SOLD Item Condition: Good Shipping Options: Pickup available but audition is not available. Suburb or Town: Glen Iris State: Victoria Payment Method: Cash on pickup, paypal, EFT Reason for selling: NLR Further information: I have owned this since new. It was one of the first genuine full digital receivers. Feed it a digital signal (and analogue) and it does the rest. It is quite flexible. I've held on to it for many years as a kind of backup if i need something in another room/shed etc. I don't have the remote on hand, but if i find it i'll give it to you down the track Putting an arbitrary figure on this for sale, mostly hoping this will go to a happy home rather than turfing it as i'm doing a clean out. POV
Wow...haven't seen one of these for years. I had the next model (SA-XR57) as my very first reciever. Both units (the 55 and the 57) had a bit of a cult following back in the day as you can configure to essentially active bi-amp with them and they sound surprisingly good. This unit would actually work well for someone trying to set-up a basic 2 channel system on a low budget. Thanks for the memories!
elmura
If only it had 4_ohm speaker output, I'd have taken it for a project

Posed no issue at all.
