90degree cables

Recommended Posts

What would be a good place to buy reasonable quality that function well, looks alright and without the hyperbole.

Im limited in clearance and need some cable connectors to go on a diet.

- 90degree XLR to RCA, can either be a long cable or short adapter. Need about 3m all up.

- 90degree ICE connector, wall plug end can be standard orientation

- 90degree RCA to RCA. Again either small adapter or 3m length.

- 90degree Neutrik NAC3FCA power adapter cable. Long shot this one as Google doesn't show much.

I can find most of the above, but wanting on advice on who sells reasonable quality stuff.

Thanks

I have a similar issue and have been looking for a 90 degree IEC connector.

The only item I can find to date is the Furutech connector, https://krispyaudio.com.au/products/furutech-fi-12l-r-rhodium-right-angle-iec-plug.html.

At $145 I am looking for alternatives and will be interested to see what other members of the forum have to offer.

Would an adapter not do, eg AudioQuest IEC901

Thanks Ittaku,

I knew that the Forum would have a great solution. and bends to the side rather than down which will work better in my situation.

They also have right angle ones to the side. Just search the rs site.

You should also be able to buy ready-made computer power cords which have a right-angle IEC plug on the end - with a standard 'straight' wall plug on the other.  My final place of employment was an IT support organisation and I saw many of them.

I just tried putting a speakon "LRX" right angle converter onto the NAC3FCA powercon but it doesn't work, the threads are different.

So as far as I can see, there is no official right angle powercon unfortunately.
