I am still astonished at the thought that Universal UK sent them an actual master tape - but that's what this disc sounds like it's made from. Yes, it was recorded in 10cc's own studio - but the sound is massive, detailed, authoritative - BIG." "This is definitely one of the best sounding shm-sacd's. I never heard any redbook cd-version, so I can't compare with them. But this one sounds clean, crisp, detailed. I would recommend this disc to everyone. Even non-10cc fans should give this one a chance. You will be amazed by the sound quality! I have seen many 5 star rated discs, that not sound half as good as this one. If you haven't bought any of the Japanese shm-sacd's yet, start with this one (+ The Who)! This is demo-material. Sold - The Byrds Greatest Hits - Excellent condition Review:- "This SACD was one of the first SACDs that I bought. One commentator on AudioAsylum stated that this is sonically the worst SACD. I don't concur. The treble is a little bright and not as smooth as I would prefer, but the clarity and dynamics are OK. There's other rock albums that I'm far more disappointed. I give this SACD more rotation than more than half my SACDs. Since I owned the album, I appreciate the extra bonus tracks. It's not a reference SACD, but it sure brings back memories." Sold - The Bangles Greatest Hits - Good condition. The outer cardboard sleeve has some wear. Some people don't like this transfer but others..... "The sound stage is absolutely huge and the sound is crystal clear. Compared to the red book version the SACD is a massive improvement."
