Noypi888
Good evening all, i was looking around and found some interesting speakers but not available locally e.g. Ryan Speakers and Salk Signature Sound - anyone who has experience importing speakers especially from the US, is it worth it ? I did research on import duties , used an online calculator and it seems not a bad idea looking at the figures....but not sure how easy or hard the process is .... cafe67
Not sure know would be the right time to be importing speaker from the USA with the slowness of the world wide post/shipping ? The other thing to consider is aftersales service and warranty Edited May 3, 2020 by cafe67

These look great and the added sub is a bonus , read a couple of reviews , was getting keen until I saw that they are made in China , would need some convincing to part with 18K . Have you heard them yourself mate . ?

Have you heard them yourself mate . ? No, I've heard ones either side of this model - the reference, the one and the three (all older models as well). Given how good these were, I'm reasonably confident the 2 would be great as well. Think of the Chinese production as what's making them a bargain in hi-fi compared to other brands. Where did you get 18k? The one I linked was the model 2+ (for the opening poster). 18k gets you the reference model and that is most definitely a fantastic sounding speaker which I have heard in its older form. 075Congo
I have a pair of Vienna Acoustics Beethoven Concert Grand Symphony Editions (Piano Black) for sale in the Classifieds at the moment. Unlike you I have gone back to StandMounts. Cheers Mick

I think Carlton audio still have a second hand pair in there for around $3500?? I saw a picture recently but they’ve taken them off their website (they have new Sonus faber on there). I remember Auditioning that very pair, amazing a very powerful. Too expensive for me back then. whoever gets them for $3k is a thief.
