Hey Tomwu, I haven’t compared the 3 as stereo preamps directly. I’m only interested in their excellent Movie performance. i originally used the Krell as a stereo Preamp which was excellent & have since tried the Mcintosh. Although the system is different to when the Krell was in use. They’re obviously decent performers but my current stereo pre has better synergy to the rest of my system.
