Found this link today. TIDAL Premium or HIFI offer - AUD 5 for 120 days. After that normal monthly cost.

Presumably because this offer is to attract new customers. If you are an existing customer and happy with the service why would they give you a discounted offer? I am also pretty sure that if you

Doesn't work if you already have an active subscription it seems? Just keeps telling me 'you are not eligable for that offer' but it won't tell me why not.

Makes sense to me.

Mine ended 23 March. Renewed with this offer using same email address. Offer defaulted initially to Tidal Premium so make sure you change to HiFi before you proceed

Worked for me - had another subscription that just ran out and once cancelled was able to order the new Hi-Fi offer successfully.

Yeah I had just renewed last week but downgraded to the $12 premium deal due to recent financial strain. Tried lots of things now and it won't let me use this offer. Disappointing to miss out just because I was already paying twice as much for a fraction of this deal's value..

Thanks for the heads up! Just got on the plan again,  though Tidal tend to lose the network a little more often than the other services

Noice.

I was currently on some sort of Tidal deal that runs out at the end of the month.  So will give this a try once that rolls around.

Rock 'n rolls around.

Okay, I'll see myself out.

:D

Choose the Family HiFi option...bring others along for the fun.

I had few days in my previous subscription..ended it recently and then restarted on this offer in a couple of days.

My Tidal Hifi subscription (which was a special offer) expired on 30/03. I was able to get this new offer today using the same email address.

Thanks for sharing. I signed up on the $5 for 3 month HIFI deal.
Integrates well with the BlueOS UI on my Node 2i and I’m discovering heaps of great music and artists I’ve never listened to including lots of Blues and Soul stuff.

Not sure if I’m prepared to pay the full monthly subscription for HIFI ($35 ?) once my trial ends as already have Spotify Premium and the family all use it. TIDAL clearly sounds significantly better than Spotify and the MQA tracks just brilliant on my modest stereo gear.

$35 is that for a family or single user?

I was once on the single user plan on an iPhone, I had signed up through the Apple app store but then I realised that if I signed up via the Tidal website it was 30% cheaper due to not having to pay the app store tax.

Not sure. Just cancel your subscription. Wait till end of the payment month. Then try to get the offer. If can not, you can go back  to subscription again.

Strange, I ended my current subscription, then went to the offer and pressed the link, only gives me an option to "Sign up" not "Login" then when I enter my address it says its already in use, so no dice for me atm.

EDIT

Actually they are letting me listen until my subscription actually ends on the 22nd so guess I can sign up after that?

Yes...that happened with my account. Clicked on the link a day after it ended (was linked to US time zone I think) and it worked with this offer.

Another 3 Months offer for TIDAL HiFi or Deezer HiFi or nugs.net HiFi .

Register at Music.com (via Sony) and a code will be emailed in some time. Coupon expires in Dec 2021.

Not applicable to existing HiFi subscribers. For example if you are an existing Deezer HiFi subscriber, you can still enjoy nugs.net HiFi or TIDAL HiFi subscription.

Well my subscription ran out today, I used the link, after slectin the standard hifi option instead of [Login>"You are not eligable for this offer"] I now get [Sign up>"This username is already in use"] rather frustrating.

Is it just me? Am I doing something wrong? I know I can make a second email but why should already paying customers get shafted and not have access to this?

Looks like offer is no longer valid?

Yup......I'm half way into the 120 day trial - guess no chance of renewing it now! Still $5 for a 4 month trial is a good deal

2nd of Aug mine runs out. Integrated with Roon so well I'll be keeping it for the $24 a month with the $5 deal runs out

Kudos to the original poster

Yes, I agree. I would not have explored Tidal otherwise. 5 bucks for a 4 month trial is a darn good deal. Even I'm tempted now to continue with the full price once the trial runs out.

I run two tidal accounts. I cancel one every time my 4 month subscription ends. Just saying. Not that I want to be a tight arse but it's a loophole and I'm exploiting it

Just started trial a few weeks ago.  Too good to refuse at that price.

So so far have listened to a heap of albums on my “wanted” list.  Decided that I only want about a third of them now I have had a few listens on the good system.  Saves me money right there.

Unfortunately its saying that the offer is no longer valid for me.. anyone else had this issue?

It says only for new customers.  It's not a Tidal HiFi offer. Just normal Tidal / Premium
