scottme
As an all-singing-all-dancing audiophile media player, you would be hard pressed beating this price - they also stopped making these.
gemini07
Genuine value and an honest price. The JLTI mods are between $1,500 and $1,600.

44maloo
Absolute bargain. I had this same unit and sold it for an MSB Dac. If I didn’t have MSB I would have this unit, it’s really excellent. GLWTS.

44maloo
I can’t answer that sorry. I have a 203 stock unit in my home theatre but haven’t listened to the 205 Oppo. Oppo is an amazing piece of kit.
psychometrics1
I have owned a couple of 205 Oppo units and while I haven't heard this top JLTI mod, would be amazed if the stereo performance wasn't significantly better than the 205. To my ears, while the 205s sound better than their predecessors they are not as musical. GLWTS
