Needs a lot of work

 

I have found the service manuals online

 

Anyone done this before?

 

Even as an electrical engineer I'm a bit apprehensive

It would be a fun project.. you can do it the lazy way and test the transformer and output devices, then just replace all the capacitors and smaller semiconductors

Yeah it's pretty heavy

 

Will do some basic tests and see what the condition is
