Dear Members I have two pairs of older Audioquest sky Rca leads.

I only used to buy older gear from Perths best dealers, I am talking way before I bought as Internet sales and or gumtree so maybe 10 years ago roughly.

They have been in my system and out and in boxes and I never really blind tested them- just took them as part of my cable collection that sounded a certain way on certain products, however I want to sell as don't need them and found that all current SKY cables have the DBS pack and therefore wondering are the very early original Sky cables or fakes, but if fakes surely they would have included the DBs pack too as it would be bloody obvious that way.

I have opened one up and pictures below.

The colour is fractionally different to new ones but again that could be age or a different supplier of materials back in the day, anyway I would like to find out so I can list as genuine or good fakes or whatever. It does seem from some other posts on SNA that even the fakes are good , just not as good, so thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Either way what would they be worth too. They have 2 grub screws to open up the end if that helps.

      Many thanks Adam
