mbz
What's wrong with it? What's it not/doing? Dirty switches are a cause for many problems in vintage. A you comfotable with a multi-meter if needed? Where are you located
hificrazee
I havent switched on. Previous owner witnessed smoke when it was last switched on after a long time in a cupboard. I am searching for better than good Luxman techs. Any recommendations would be good. Melbourne metro area
mbz
Smoke is never a good sign, need to replace damaged parts AND find root cause. Having worked on a few Luxmans I think you are on the right track, looking for a better than good tech, they are somewhat complex compared to run-of-the-mill designs. The L100 is supposed to be worth the effort.
