robin-hobart
I remember seeing these IMF (or a model very similar) in Challenge HiFi, Adelaide (Grenfell St??), way back in the day. Gorgeous, eye-watering speakers, but were well beyond my buying capacity.

KGJ
A friend and I heard these demonstrated at Encel in comparison with a pair of the roughly equivalently priced B&Ws. They were both good, but the IMFs had a noticeably more 'realistic' quality to them, particularly in terms of percussion instruments.
