SPR08Y
Faffed around recently in the workshop and whipped up a ‘Now Playing’ Vinyl Stand. I’m quite pleased with it - family thinks I’ve completely ‘lost it’ now... hired goon
Noice ... I just use a wooden plate display stand. A bit naff, but it works (although not very sturdy). --Geoff

BTW: if anyone was going to make one, I made the ‘trench’ about 8mm wide, 10mm would have been better as a double album in a plastic outer sleeve is too tight... Thanks for the ‘back pats!’ Can take a photo of my template and add dimensions if anyone was keen to whip one up!
JPete9
Very clever, i like how minimal it is. These would be super cheap to make in perspex...i'd bet you get a few buyers in either material.

ThirdDrawerDown
Very nice woodworking, and the elegance of classic design. Lovely! Beats my plate-holder (I use a similar method to Hired Goon). Yes please to the plans, as the angles are key.

audiofeline
Great workmanship - your workshop must be better equipped than my carport with milk cartons and wheelie bins as workbenches!
glenm64
Thanks Michael, you inspired me to knock one up for my new lounge rig. I used some natural edged Rose Gum to give the "Flying Vee" look.
mud_shark
These all look great. Am in the market for something like this. Most that I see online look like they're perfect for single LPs, but not double LPs or gatefold - groove not wide enough
