dart to the heart
I am interested in the Cubox. My dac is from 2012 an Arcam Rpac. It has a usb 2.0 B male in and 2 rca out. Do I need a new DAC or is there another option?
pdcoo7
Great question. I know that the Volumio image on the Cubox allows you to choose 2 audio outputs 1) Optical 2)HDMI What I don't know is whether a USB 2.0 dac connected via one of the USB ports will show up as third option for that DAC. With an RPI I know for certain that you can. Let me try connecting my USB2 dac to confirm.
