At one time, in my main rig, I use the amp to drive some subwoofers through an EXover at 100hZ. The woofers were quite sensitive and it had no problems driving them well. I use a laptop PS to drive it at 19V.

 

Also so I dulled my LED down with a series resistor.

Considering these are the baby monoblocks of the EVO range.  600e and 900e sit above.  The speakers respond well to the power even with their 93.5 dB sensitivity.

I would say never be fooled by speaker sensitivity. Most speakers, highly efficient or not, seem to respond better to an amp which can deliver high current. Not sure what it is but it’s something I have observed over time. 

 

High efficiency will give you volume, high current; depth. Best I can explain it.
