I have owned these for 11 months since buying off stereonet seller last year. Best I can tell these are early 1980's models with E2 crossover just before the model II came out.
In reasonable condition for age, a few surface scratches minor dents, grilles in good condition.
Sound is alive and vibrant as you would expect, careful partnering with electronics suggested. Limited bass, sealed cabinets.
A good price (ie. same price that I paid) for those who want to try some heritage speakers. I have enjoyed my time with them.

Extra Info: I am sadly selling these after 3 years of sole ownership. I have owned many pairs of speakers (mostly horn by personal preference) and have enjoyed this pair the most. The speakers have dynamically opened up after the first year of use, so they need nothing more than a good home to impress upon both visually and acoustically. Limited to 70 pairs you wont find many (if any) for sale world wide - Numbered and signed individually after being built in Hope USA. A great keeps sake and investment.

Baught this set for my old apartment and they provided many hours of great movie experience. The subwoofer provides great deep base and the setilites have a very good clean sound effects. What else can you expect from klipsch. There are a few scratches but. Nothing that effects sound
