It doesn't matter how good or better the 30.7 are at that price they better be. They make 3 standmount models. $23to 29 grand. At least have a listen to get an idea if you like them. They are excellent speakers and will beat the spendor or harbeth in my opinion. I would go for the $20 grand floor stander with a 10 inch bass driver,they seem well priced and no need for stands.
