PS Audio PerfectWave Power Plant 3 - help!

Recommended Posts

I've owned this unit for a few months, however, on the weekend it switched itself off and has been randomly switching itself on and off again ever since.

I wrote to PS Audio twice and they say they try to respond the same day, however nothing yet.

Is there a simple, quick fix or do i need to have a professional have a look at it?

Thank you in advance

I would reach out to Magenta Audio. They are the importers/distributors.

I run a P3 which is left on most of the time, so far rock solid. Is yours well vented? Also you shouldn’t have to go directly to Magenta if you purchased it locally, your dealer should take cate of that for you. Did you get it sorted?

these are fantastic units IMO

Mine used to have a cross talk issue with my LG telly remote?

Would switch off when I touched any button on the telly remote.

WOW. I'm certainly no electrical engineer but given the purpose of the component I'm surprised that would even occur!

I picked up a P10 at a liquidators clearance sale via the Ebay thread. It's been sitting it its box since I picked it up as I've been so time poor. Here's hoping I don't run into anything like that.
