Interesting looking speakers. Do you use them with the angular edge on the outer side or the inner side?

GLWTS!

Great pair of speakers...I have a set myself and to be honest....would never sell them. Greg Timbers at his best with a quintessential JBL 4 Way and in Piano Black too. Needs a lot of power to get the best from it but its a rewarding experience...very Neutral....and very Hifi. Best of luck on the sale.

Agreed!

My brother in law has these and they are exceptional, extremely neutral and very dynamic

Would jump on these if I could

Good luck with the sale

These are actually slightly different to the model reviewed by Stereophile. Different tweeter and crossover.

GLWTS!

It doesn't matter which way you use them. But most people including me use them with the sloping edge on the outside. They definitely need space around them too...so no pushing up to the back walls.

Correct...044Ti vs 035TiA...much of a muchness. And a simpler crossover vs the complex bus bar arrangements on the original. Also dual binding posts on these vs single on the originals. Still able to hold its own even in today's audio world.

Kinda, same diaphragm, one has a smaller magnet and cast vs plastic basket. Either way GLWTS. Not too many of these in Australia thats for sure.

      Item: Duelund 16GA speaker lead
      Location: Kew, Victoria
      Price: various
      Item Condition: used
Reason for selling: surplus to my needs
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only
Extra Info: bought 1.90 meter pair from Aurealis with spades and was underwhelmed until I removed the spades and went bare wire to amp and speakers.
Then purchased a 3.35 meter length so that I could run amp off centre. Was my preferred speaker lead over Chord Odyssey for last few years with tube amp, Vincent mono blocks/Musical Fidelity Pre and a Yamaha A-S1000 but I've moved to a Marantz PM8005 and for whatever reason it doesn't pair well which is annoying as the midrange on the Duelund is one of the most natural sounds I've ever had in a speaker lead.
As I have 3 lengths to sell its hard to price them, so I'll list as individual lengths maybe
      2 x 190cm at $60 each
      1 x 335cms at $90

      Item: Faital Pro HF-108 (8 ohm) 1" (Pair) & B&C DE-250 (8 ohm) 1" (Pair)
      Location: Melbourne
      Price: See below
      Item Condition: Excellent
      Reason for selling: NLR
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only
Extra Info: Can ship to anyone, anywhere, at purchasers expense !

      1 pair each of Faital HF-108 (8 ohm) 1" and B&C DE-250 (8 ohm) 1" compression drivers.

Exceptionally popular with DIY horn-speaker aficionados, both of these drivers are superbly smooth performers, with very uniform frequency response and excellent tonality aided by their Polymer (i.e: non-metallic) diaphragms.

Both pairs are essentially as new and function as such, with perhaps 50 hours of use between them.
I purchased (brand new) 4 pairs of different make/model compression drivers to measure and perform listening tests in a pair of horn speakers I've been developing, these 2 pairs are now surplus to requirements.

The HF-108 cost ~$650 Aud. landed from USSpeaker.com

      Asking: $500

The DE-250 cost ~$520 Aud. landed from USSpeaker.com

Item: Cyrus Dac XP - Black
      Location: Melbourne
Price: $2300 + postage and pay pal fees
      Item Condition: 8/10
      Reason for selling: NLR
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only
Extra Info: Great Dac/Pre amp with 2 pairs of balanced outputs and an ample selection of analogue and digital inputs and outs makes this a useful dac.  I experienced further performance levels with the addition of a Cyrus PSX and then a PSX2. Originally bought through CAV and recently serviced by Cyrus agent with fine tuned capacitor replacements (cost$685.00).  Some small scuff marks visible near on off and the top, no remote or kettle plug but original box so can post if required. Great audio bliss in a box but gone multi channel and hasn't been used in a while.
